I’ve worked on quite a few record sleeves in my time but few were as exciting as this one.

I’m a huge Gary Numan fan. Have been since the first note I heard (which was a long time before Cars or even Are Friends Electric, believe me). Imagine how excited I was when this one dropped into my lap!

The lettering I created for this was designed to be used with the amazing photography by Geoff Howes but was also subsequently used on several other related releases.

Sadly the job came & went without me ever meeting the man himself. So near & yet so far.
